Edge Express Car Wash

Could not accept credit card (wifi down), the washer was broken so no towels, and the machine scratched my mirror . When I brought to their attention claimed it could not be their machine and put some 2 dollar wax on brand new car to attempt to fix.

Alex & Yasir are phenomenal! My mom’s battery died at the wash which cause her car to go into limp mode, they stayed almost an hour past closing time to help her figure it out. The entire time I was on the phone with her, I heard them trying to come up with solutions. Those guys are stellar! These are the kind of kids you want working frontline for you. Fantastic job recruiting these guys, give them a raise!

I visited this car wash over a year ago, and they did a phenomenal job. At that time one of the staff members cleaned the inside of my car. I had told him he deserved his own car wash because I rarely have had that kind of experience. I returned in April, but the experience wasn't the same. I wanted the interior cleaning service and was told that if I arrived before 5:00 p.m., they could do it. I arrived around 4:56p.m., but then was told they would not be able to provide the service. I went ahead with the exterior wash, but it wasn't sufficient for what I needed. All of the vacuum stations were occupied, so afterwards I ended up going to Wash & Go and paying for a full-service interior and exterior wash. I hope they can improve the consistency of their service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Rashaun at Edge Car Wash I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from Rashaun at Edge Car Wash. For a long time, I had been using Autobell, paying $50 a month not including tips. Recently, I decided to try Edge’s promotional offer, but unfortunately the promo codes didn’t work. Ravshan handled the situation flawlessly. Instead of making it complicated, he immediately resolved the issue by issuing me a ticket on the spot. I then asked if they offered a membership, and he explained that it was only $20 a month. I signed up right away. Employees like Rashaun are rare. He solved an internal problem quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude — and he also brought in a new loyal customer. His service was truly exceptional. Rashaun, I wish you a fast promotion to manager. Your professionalism, initiative, and customer care deserve recognition.

Wish I could give them a -0, I would . I visited there premise for the first time last week. As I finished washing my car. I noted there was some marking on my vehicle from the car wash machine the does the swirling they tried to tell me a week later of running me around and playing phone tag that they are sorry if I believe their machine did this to my vehicle. But if you look at the markings it’s definitely from there machine. Micheal Barrington extremely not professional and then having someone call me who felt extremely happy to do the job you was supposed to. Wrong is wrong I never had markings on my vehicle. I work extremely hard my things. Please before leaving this premises let your car dry completely and inspect your car throughly.
